    Key Responsibilities CLIENT EXPERIENCE (60%) Provide support to extract regional database (reporting and analytics) via Salesforce and monitor CRM results Manage all client extractions, campaigns and reporting on CRM program Assist with implementing regional clienteling strategy (i.e. gifting, client treatment) Create and follow up on CRM Campaigns: (e-card creations, emailing, event, retail activation) Support on management of clienteling app (The View, contact occasions, user management) Support with CRM x retail operations tasks Coordination and management of ad-hoc projects TRADE MARKETING & EVENT (20%) Support organization and implementation of all brand events: logistic arrangement, idea generations, sourcing of vendors, etc. Provide support on POSM annual order ordering, inventory management, logistics arrangement and reporting for the region Provide support on VM related topics (i.e. POSM & lightbox rollout and report compilation) Support local production of gifting collaterals (vendor sourcing, negotiation and implementation) Coordination and management of ad-hoc projects

JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for a passionate, motivated, curious, and entrepreneurial talent, to join us at our Singapore Regional Office. You will have the chance to give your contribution to the leading Eyewear Brand in the world: Ray-Ban. You will be involved in exciting projects aimed at continuously enhancing the brand's presence in the APAC region. Your role will be pivotal to support the Ray-Ban Business Brand Head in APAC in driving brand/ business growth and local campaigns monitoring across all APAC and TR. A strong collaboration with local and regional teams will be requested, across all APAC countries and overlooking the Retail, Wholesale and Travel Retail perimeter. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: DATA DRIVEN ANALYSIS and Tracking: Monitor sell-in figures by country, channel and category (Sun, Optical, Kids) on a weekly basis using Luxottica Business Intelligence platform. These reporting data will then be used to analyze business KPIs and define main take outs. The analysis of current scenario will be key to develop future brand strategy in APAC.Monitor, comment and present monthly, quarterly units, net sales and advertising spending performance MTD and YTD using existing dashboard Monitor sell in performances of capsules collections when APAC specific MARKET CROSS-CHANNEL SUPPORT: support the APAC Brand Business Head and the APAC market in the day-to-day tasks and in making sure that corporate information properly flows towards the local teams. This includes: Communication sharing from Global to Markets Local campaign coordination Reminding timings, deadlines and setting the right timeline Campaigns execution tracking and reporting: doors coverage, budget invested, picture report Booking meetings with Global teams when required and planning ad hoc sharing sessions Compiling/ supporting in business decks and presentation preparation to give visibility on the brand roadmap in the region: by category, by year / short term/ long term Key Requirements: Educational Background in Business and / or Marketing Few years of experience (2-5) in analytical, business development and / or marketing functions Project management experience Strong problem solving skills, able to navigate unclarity if necessary and self-motivated You are very comfortable with numbers, excel usage, analysis and advanced in Microsoft office package Fast learner and used to fast paced environments
