Job description

Shiseido Travel Retail is a fast-growing organization, focusing on distribution within Duty Free Zones (Airports, Downtown Stores, Air flights). The incumbent based in Singapore will play a key role to both develop the Business and Organization in a very exciting and dynamic environment.


  • Deliver strong support to key accounts by driving broad spectrum of initiatives across commercial, brand and marketing (including animations, events, promotions, exclusives, pre-launches and other group strategic initiatives).
  • Work with internal stakeholders to differentiate approaches and prioritize initiatives to gain the optimal support/resources for key accounts.
  • Work closely with Strategic Key Accounts Senior Manager to gain deep understanding of key account needs.
  • Review each key account animation planning to ensure sufficient investment in the right key accounts per brand in line with business objectives and market conditions.
  • Lead animation plan discussions at JBP with key accounts, manage key animation projects to ensure follow through with retailer teams and internal brand teams.
  • Be the SPOC for customers' marketing team on retailers marketing campaigns to identify right opportunities for STR participation i.e., CDF shopping festival, DFS Masterclass, Lotte Anniversary etc. and work with brand teams to deliver best in class retailer collaborations.
  • Work on retailer exclusives for key accounts across brands to ensure a balanced and differentiated approach for key accounts.
  • Drive group level trade initiatives/animations, develop thematic group level activations that adds commercial value aligned with group's corporate strategic initiatives ie sustainability, beauty innovations for a better world, etc. working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver STR brand experience to key accounts.

  • Possess a recognized Bachelor's Degree or Master
  • At least 8 years working experience with successful track record preferably in Beauty / Travel Retail / Prestige industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Strong communicator with proven interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Results-oriented with strong business acumen, analytical and organization skills
  • Strategic thinker with a data mindset and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of brands
  • Demonstrates agility and the ability to operate effectively under ambiguity with risk management
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional and multicultural teams
  • Frequent travelling is required
