Job Purpose
The Sr Analyst Global DTC Partner Retail, Expansion and Asset Recovery is a critical role within the Global DTC organization. Reporting to the Global Lead Partner Retail, Expansion and Asset Recovery, the person in this role will help grow and optimize our fleet of +3000 stores globally, helping our franchise and asset recovery accounts thrive. They will be responsible for co-defining and supporting the overall company strategy and governance of all aspects linked to real estate, partner retail and Asset recovery. The latter includes all our strategic distressed wholesale accounts globally whether brick and mortar or digital. This is a unique opportunity to join a very strategic functions within a very dynamic team.
Define and support overall company partner retail strategy
- Shape franchise, commissionaire and concession strategies both at the global, regional, and local levels.
- Define the vision for a "best in class" franchise strategy to inform strategic business plan (SBP).
- Track results of strategy globally.
- Support strategic projects such as strategic acquisitions, partner turnarounds, buybacks..
- Drive omni strategy and roll-out at partner retail.Co-Define real estate strategy
- Shape real estate strategies both at the global, regional, and local levels.
- Define the vision for a "best in class" real estate strategy to inform strategic business plan (SBP).Drive analysis and provide strategic recommendations
- Drive analysis on selected retail projects and provide recommendations on real estate strategy, project financials, commerciality.Define and continuously improve the store approval process
- Continuously work to improve and simplify our regional and global real estate approval processes.Conduct fleet review
- Conduct bi-annual fleet reviews with Finance to evaluate our fleet performance and ROIC.
- Co-Build fleet review presentations to deliver key insights to LS&Co. executive committee and board of directors.Create and launch tools to support our local real estate teams
- Build and launch market mapping capabilities across all three regions.
- Move the company from a channel planning lens to a local/city planning lens.
- Improve upon the existing PER to make it simpler and easier to use.
- Build digital selling tools for local teams to use with landlords.Partner with main markets to build world class real estate and franchise capabilities
- Develop key city strategic approaches looking at factors like real estate distribution, digital presence, competition, operating models.
- Ensure appropriate tools available to deliver on strategy.
- Consolidate and share best practices across markets.Asset Recovery and strategic accounts
- Create oversight of our strategic distressed wholesale business globally whether brick and mortar or digital.
- Define global asset recovery strategy.
- Setup strong governance.
- Define, capture and share best practices with global team.


- Master's in business administration or Advanced Business Economics.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience (retail, franchise, account management, strategy consulting), preferably in an international environment.
- Excellent Analytical skills.
- Expert in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Expert in store Mathematics, P&L and KPIs.
- Fluent in English.
- Passionate about Retail and Fashion industry.
- Excellent influencing skills and stakeholder management.
- Pragmatic and commercially driven.
- Strong organization skills and problem-solving attitude.
