Job description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the 360 plan initiatives from planning to execution to launch and sustain Product Lifecycle including gathering market intelligence, customer insights while growing awareness and gaining market share.
The Marketing Manager will be working closely with sales, marketing, and training teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. It also includes ensuring that the product supports the brand's overall strategies and goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Management
- Owner of excellent planning & execution of marketing activities
- Develop new initiatives to win market share and ranking
- Ensure successful product launches and reanimation of strategic pillars by supporting with 360 plans (e-PR & PR, digital media, social media, visual merchandizing, eventing, CRM, sell-out tracking and product display in all points-of-sale) with clear objectives and ROIs
- Cultivate brand passion with both internal and external stakeholders to gain maximize awareness and sales opportunities
- Conduct market trend analysis, monitor competitors' activities, and plan proactive actions
- Ensure accuracy in forecasting of new products and POSM to support a well-prepared and impactful launch. Follow-up closely with Supply Chain team to track shipment schedule
- Management and optimization of A&P expenditure
- Animation & Event
- Implement animation plan by door for events and promotion with qualitative executions to maximize commercial returns and brand's image
- Regular and timely update and exchange with the sales and training team to ensure the upcoming activities and marketing initiatives are successful
- Work closely with CRM to identify potential opportunities to create excitement and sales
- Media & Communication (PR)
- Plan and execute all media plans in accordance to ensure maximize PR coverage
- Bring ideas and initiatives to engage the PR & e-PR
- Visual Merchandizing
- Collaborate closely with regional visual merchandizing team:
- To ensure all new launch visual merchandising are executed accordingly to guidelines
- Plan and execute impactful PR, campaigns, and events setup

Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and organization skills with attention to details
- Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Team player, confident and go-getter under pressure
- Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Google Analytics is an advantage
