You will form a community of seasoned Domain Architects to drive integration patterns, software engineering, data architecture, etcWorking with our EA teams globally to align on EA and realize synergies Creating and maintaining the Technology Blueprint, the Capabilities mapping and the Applications lifecycle. Doing so, you will ensure the alignment and synergies with Sephora Group and LVMH while protecting Sephora Asia local differencesCreating and maintaining a multi-year roadmap to get to the EA vision either through normal projects or specific ones to evolve the architectureDeveloping the communities of practice on the strategic architectural and technology topics like Data, Integration, Software Engineering, DevSecOps, Lean Agile Software Product Development, etcDefining and leading the Architecture Board Process Technology for Business Playing a role in the overall IT strategy, actively contributing to the architecture vision and roadmap Creating and maintaining the Technology Radar that will keep Sephora Architecture Runway ready for any Business opportunity.
