Job description

Job Purpose
- Be responsible for the implementation and management of compensation and benefits programs across Great China (Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan) and East Asia Pac (North Asia, South East Asia and Pacific) cluster
- To be the custodian of standards and compensation processes at the regional/multi-cluster level
- To act as the focal contact for global mobility partner on AMA-inbound assignees/ transferees
- To lead regional level rewards analytics, partner with global HRIS team on People Dashboard and metrics.Compensation Planning
- Responsible for end-to-end surveys participation including managing the process, timeline and deliverables
- Develop thoughtful analysis to support salary range updates and salary increase budgets recommendations, document approach and rationale for review with AMA Rewards Director and communication with Cluster HRBPs
- Support the annual compensation review process
- Provide meaningful program budget utilization analysis to facilitate the annual compensation review with leadership team
- Consult with HR teams on off-cycle requests and facilitate relevant approvalsBenefits Program Management
- Supports in researching and evaluating organizational needs by consulting with Country HR, and develops solution construct where required
- Manage the process, timeline and deliverables between the service providers and our Country HR teams on annual group insurance renewals and remarking in accordance with the external vendor Mercer Global Benefits Model (GBM) establishedRewards Analytics
- Lead regional level rewards analytics in compensation competitiveness and pay equity
- Partner with global HRIS team to implement People metrics and dashboard in the region/multi-clusterMobility Program
- Involved in improvement initiatives for effectiveness of the mobility programs and processes
- Act as the regional escalation point for region-inbound mobility cases

Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business Administration with at least 8 years of compensation and benefits hands-on experience, working with global company and covering multiple countries in the Asia Pacific region
- Global Remuneration Profession (GRP) certification preferred
- Good understanding of China market and rewards practices is a plus
- Ability to manage in a matrix organization
- Comfortable working in high-pressure environment and operating with integrity under ambiguous situations
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills and capable of working with multiple cultures and teams
- Clear understanding and knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and principles
