Job description

Job Purpose
The purpose of this position is to support the Cluster Merchandising functions to ensure operational rigor required to drive required market growth and execute Global Brand vision. This position will monitor and update the progress of deliverables with a focus on seasonal calendar integration, GTM milestones, Protos/CS management and cross-functional communication.
- Direct local seasonal GTM process to ensure connectivity between merchandising, planning, marketing and commercial functions and on time delivery against milestones.
- Partner closely with other AMA cluster Merchandising Operations and Global Brand Operations to lead implementation (and change management) of new GTM process and calendars, and all associated Cluster milestones and deliverables. Actively surface and resolve issues to ensure success.
- Support both the digital transformation of GTM and ways of working, and the activation of global brand strategy across Cluster.
- Manage local GTM milestones and create standardized tools that enable merchandising teams to execute with clarity and consistency
- Manage upkeep of local systems, pc9 set up to enable smooth execution of seasonal processes.
- Organize training of the cluster merchandising teams to ensure critical deadlines are met on time and accurately
- Manage protos and samples order, tracking and rotation across cluster markets where appropriate.
- Support the cluster merchandising teams to manage seasonal programs/projects from briefing to final production and delivery, ensuring that workflow, processes and best practices are maintained throughout
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet merchandising and business objectives.
- Manage Collaboration reporting, inclusive of product performance & market execution.
- Continually recommend workflow and process improvements, driving continual optimization.
- Ensure key initiatives are delivered on time, on scope and on budget.


- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in product management/project management
- Knowledge of merchandising functions
- Project management experience
- A fast-paced, multi-tasker with cross-functional project management capabilities
- A high energy individual who is passionate about the brand
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with all levels including executives
- Strong collaborative and negotiation skills
- Someone with both analytical skills and an ability to simplify the complex; Ability to take complex projects and processes, break them down into clear and simple tasks, calendars and communication
- Assertive decision-maker
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under competing deadlines
- Ability to adapt well to changing priorities and react quickly
- Strong cross-cultural sensitivity
