Job description

PRIMARY FUNCTION Plans, develops and executes the marketing strategies under leadership of Regional Marketing Director, to achieve brand objectives with clear mindset on ROI and consumer centric strategy Own the entire process from planning to implementation of marketing calendar across the TR APAC region with clear budget management Work closely with key stakeholders- New York and Regional Marketing teams, TR APAC Sales Teams, Store Design & Visual Merchandising Teams to ensure the excellent execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and Point-of-Sales initiatives Proactively engage in different business analysis to constantly improve the business (e.g. sub-categories analysis, generation report, SIT analysis Franchise MOB, etc) Ensure Customer & Market Growth Work with sales team Area Sales & Operations Managers (ASOM) and Sales & Education Executives (SEE) to provide marketing support in the following areas: Create & Execute 360 Launch & Re-promote plans according to Brand Strategy - including allocation/distribution, display, launch mechanics etc. Identification of retail opportunities with each region and thereafter to provide clear strategy and implementation and sales/activity tracking mechanism. Oversee the provision of timely updates for promotion collateral and "out of stock" list to sales team to enable close follow-ups in the field. Assets coordination with APAC regional team and NY Marketing to ensure timely execution for lightbox visuals, videos, promotional window/ activities, collateral and digital and livestreaming Work closely with Education team to brainstorm, align campaign strategy & execute ideas that support field operations Builds and maintains close communication (bi-weekly/monthly touch-base calls) with New York Marketing team and Demand Planning Teams to discuss marketing material/support needs, provide timely feedback on product assortments, inventory/stock issues and forecasts, competitor analysis and update on business drivers Manages Operational Effectiveness Product Launch Implementation Owns and ensures that all marketing activities are properly tracked with the SEEs/ASOMs so that program effectiveness can be assessed Responsible for all aspects of implementing the marketing calendar Sets clear objectives and strategies for field implementation Maintains effective budget controls on marketing lines by program Provides clear direction to sales teams and support in achieving marketing objectives Coordinates and collaborates with affiliate Marketing Managers to coordinate launch dates, media schedule, etc., where opportunities are available, to achieve greatest ROI Proactively track best practices and launch recaps to share with NY Marketing and other regions Manages the promo calendar for SPP/HPP/Onsite event and livestreaming opportunities Oversees the planning and implementation of sales cycle meetings (2/year) Product Category Management Manage stock allocation / order prioritization of franchise, new products and sets, with follow-up action to NY Marketing/Lachen/regions Works closely inventory controllers in Lachen Distribution Center to manage inventory Responsible for all ELC DAM relay sites for information to ensure that marketing updates and timelines are adhered to Manages TRDM site for product description in different language Operates with SAP and Microsoft Analyzer to track information on net and retail sales by sku, retailers, country monthly. Online / Digital Media Explore new Digital initiatives, test, and learn from them them, ensuring a well-integrated digital campaign, to meet brand goals and objectives Manage day to day operations for online campaigns and analyze their effectiveness Work with vendors and internal team to ensure campaign deliverables are implemented on time and within budget & within brand guidelines Support sales team on livestreaming operation Visual Merchandising Work closely with SDVM team on alignment and timely execution of launches, promotions, animations, setup displa Improves Business Processes Oversees the implementation of process which enables sales team to have simple visibility on marketing collaterals available and to be able to reorder in a timely manner Proposes ways to improve process flow and make it more efficient Develop Tools that help to recruit customers in Travel Retail environment Responsible to evaluate workflow processes on a continuous basis to achieve improvements where needed Q

Profile

REQUIREMENT Degree holders with 5-8 years' marketing experience/ Diploma holders with 8-10 years' marketing experience, in the beauty/ Luxury Fashion industry Passionate in Marketing Possesses a positive can-do spirit Problem solver, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills Team Player who works well with diverse team members Agile and learns fast Self-driven, able to identify and go after opportunities Enjoys a fast paced and dynamic environment High proficiency in MS Office namely Word, Excel and Powerpoint Strong communication and presentation skills
