Job description

PRIMARY FUNCTION - Work with the Marketing Director (MD) & Marketing Manager (MM) to develop, plan and execute product launches, digital/social strategies, outpost events in line with brand guidelines to ensure overall brand's objectives are achieved. - Strategically grow the brands' social footprint through effective social campaigns, maximizing visibility to drive consumer engagement & social outreach Social Marketing: Social, Influencer and Livestream - Work closely with MM & Integrated Marketing (IM) corporate teams to strategically grow the brands' social footprint through effective social campaigns, maximizing visibility to drive consumer engagement & social outreach. - Oversee, develop and maintain corporate and retailer social accounts. - Active management of retailer social calendar, develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regular scheduled posts to drive engagement online. - Conceptualizing innovative approach to social campaigns and cultivating a strong network of TR influencers. - Manage mono brand/multi-brand livestream requests, preparations and execution. (Support for retailer required assets such as scripts, content articulation, digital and social assets requirement, display, etc.) - Analyze social campaigns and livestream projects to determine efficacy, best practice and areas for improvement. - Stay abreast of key digital and social trends, best practices, industry standards, and latest technologies that could be applicable to Travel Retail Consumer Engagement: Special events & projects - Support MD/MM and collaborate closely with cross functional team on the planning and execution of special events and projects. Provide clear objectives and strategies for field implementation. - Ensure a holistic 360° O2O retail experience that is in line with the brand, launch and channel standards to drive consumer engagement, create luxury experiences and strengthen brand exposure - Close collaboration with IM team on optimizing impactful digital and social execution for special events. - Close collaboration with Regional/ Affiliate teams and translation agency to synergize social communications, including liaising with regions 'representative for proof reading. - Source, liaise, and negotiate with vendors to ensure smooth, timely and cost-effective deliverables. - Maintain effective budget controls on marketing lines - Preparation of post-event recap reports Inventory Management - Inventory management via accurate maintenance of assortment matrix, launch order tracking, close management of saleable/non-saleable in distribution hub (including excess list) to ensure that they are ordered through promptly, - Management of collaterals/stock inventory in the office and at the Singapore warehouse, to place orders for testers/saleables/collateral from distribution hub when the need arises. Sending collaterals to different regions where need arises. Others - Maintain close liaison with NY Marketing (bi-weekly conference calls) to provide feedback on TR specific programs, marketing material/support needs, and provide active feedback on regional requirements. - Assist with the planning and implementation of bi-annual Sales Cycle Meeting. This entails the preparation of marketing folders (including marketing updates, allocation for stocks/collaterals, assortment etc), working with NY to ensure that visuals and product comps are available before meetings, planning room setup, on site execution, and providing support for retailer presentations. - Maintain existing asset library for each brand. - Good working knowledge on internal SAP systems for shopping cart creation, stock enquiry, Business Intelligence for reporting & validation of sales data for sell in and sell through analysis.


REQUIREMENT Essential Qualifications - Relevant University Degree (or Diploma holder, minimum 2 years working experience in either a sales/marketing function, preferably in the cosmetics & skincare industry) - High proficiency in MS Office particularly Word, Excel, Powerpoint - Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Mandarin - Passion for social and digital media, with a strong interest in leveraging KOLs to create tangible business value Characteristics: - Fast-learner and resourceful - Meticulous, organized and detailed-oriented - Able to work calmly and steadfast under pressure - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong project management abilities - Has initiatives and work well in a team or independently - Good analytical skills with ability to grasp numbers - Well-groomed with inherent understanding of luxury and prestige - Self-motivated and passionate about sales/marketing and cosmetics & skincare industry.
