Job description

PRIMARY FUNCTION Work with Regional Marketing Manager to support the business growth in luxury skincare, makeup and fragrance categories. Develop and execute all marketing and promotional activities in accordance to brand guidelines to ensure overall brand objectives are met. Provide support to sales teams in execution of product launches and on counter promotions. Plan digital activations including omni-channel support to drive sales both online and offline. Prepare launch recaps and regular analysis on skincare performance. RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Marketing (50%) - Support Regional Marketing Manager on the planning and execution of launches including marketing and VM collaterals, promotion sites and consumer events. - Assist with alignment of launch & promotions across the APAC region. - Manage the translation of copy for marketing materials to be locally relevant and aligned with local market and consumer trends. - Ensure holistic implementation of all launches, including updating VM team with latest product names and taglines to ensure consistency in message between divisions, throughout TR markets and across all different marketing/VM elements. - Production of marketing collaterals and in-store communication - Partner with Visual Merchandising, Sales and Education teams to execute launch/distortion strategies to support marketing programs and Promotions/Special Events/ad-hoc requests. - Assist with the planning and implementation of bi-annual Sales Cycle Meeting, including the preparation of marketing files, working with NY to ensure that visuals and market samples are available before meetings, planning room setup, on site execution, and providing support for retailer presentations. - Ensure timely and accurate Shopping cart creation, including PO management with all suppliers. 2) Digital Consumer Marketing (35%) - Work closely with Integrated Marketing team and agencies in executing digital/social/livestream activations and media campaigns to drive consumer engagement & digital outreach relating to launch - Campaign updates on Retailer boutique site to drive sales on-line. - Drive PR outreach in retailers social media platforms - Engage with media agencies to run social campaigns - Support other ad hoc digital requests - Digital analytics, monitor competitor activities 3) Category Analysis Management (15%) - Preparation of launch recap reports: including sales performance, learnings and best practices. - Work with Regional Marketing Manager to provide inventory allocation where necessary. - Preparation of sales analysis for forecasting of new programs.


REQUIREMENTS 1) University degree, preferably in Business/Marketing 2) Minimum of 3 years working experience in Marketing, preferably within the beauty industry. Experience in digital marketing and Travel Retail is an added advantage. 3) Proficiency in Chinese is a must (both oral and written). 4) Possess learning agility to be able to work under a dynamic and fast-paced environment 5) Analytical, creative, self-starter and displays initiative. 6) Good communication and interpersonal skills. 7) Independent and eye for detail with understanding of beauty/fashion trends 8) Essential computer skills - PowerPoint, Word, Excel. Working knowledge of SAP and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign
