The purpose of this role is to promote usage and sales of products to designated customers (clinics and hospitals) in order to achieve territory planned objectives for Aesthetics business, in accordance with company and procedures and under supervision of the Business Unit Lead, Injectable Aesthetics.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sales target in the assigned territory for Aesthetics business and ensure all Sales Force Effectiveness KPI are met
- Execute territory management and ensure adequate coverage of assigned area
- Secure new customers and develop territory business plans to grow Galderma market share of customers' business to drive territory sales growth.
- Handling doctors inquires and follow up pertaining to our products
- Implementing and executing the marketing action plans to contribute to achievement of agreed territory sales objectives and targets and consistently exploring new opportunities
- Conduct and execute assigned workshops in regular basis
- Assist for all supported activities and/or projects as and when required
- Partner with teams effectively to develop speakers and coordinate workshops
- Maintain customer data, calls and other sales data with ongoing updates in the computer database
- Ensure effective use of promotional materials
- Submit accurate reports and expenses on time
- Evaluate, research into new product opportunities, demand for potential products, customer needs and insights
- Min Diploma or Degree Holder in any field.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in pharmaceutical/medical devices industry
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
- Good analytical and leadership skills
- Ability to improve continuously with creative and resourceful problem solving.
