HR Business Partner (6-Months Contract)

Job description

Key Process Accountabilities

  • Partner with business managers on recruitment strategies, employer branding and retention.
  • Responsible for recruitment process for Singapore, Australia and India Offices.
  • Maintain good relationships with recruitment partners and external stakeholders and vendors.
  • Drive employee engagement strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage onboarding of new hires and make sure the high quality of employee experience, manager employees personnel files
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance with corporate directives and local regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage performance management and employee disciplinary issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and geographical team members on application issues.
  • Manage the work pass applications and renewals of office & retail staff.
  • Administer and maintain HR System (i.e. eHR, eLeave, eClaims) and global HRIS System. Develop and enhance the HR systems.
  • Generate monthly reports on a timely basis, complete periodic report requests by Corporate HQ office or local governments, or as required.
  • Provide other administrative support to the HR Team as and when required.
  • Support other ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as required

Profile

Job Requirement:

  • Degree in Business Administration/Management/HR or its equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in MNC HR generalist role, and preferably from the retail industry.
  • Familiarity with SAGE EPE and SAP SuccessFactors will be an added advantage.
  • High IT literacy and strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, strong follow up, organization and detail-oriented.
  • Must be able to work independently with decision-making skills.
  • Flexible and ability to multi-task and take on new HR initiatives/projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work closely with regional / global teams to establish short and medium - term business goals.
