E-Key Account Manager

Location: Singapore (office-based)

Candidates must be based in Singapore and have the eligibility to work in Singapore.

We have a fast-paced, startup-like environment, hence flexibility and adaptability are essential to succeed in this role. This role is based in Singapore, but most of the marketing team members work remotely in SEA countries. Prior experience in managing remote teams would be beneficial. Key activities and responsibilities:

  • Manage online retailer business and marketplaces to achieve sales and marketing goals by leading the enablers all across the region (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, India).
  • Build and maintain relationships with our partners through visits and meetings as well as collaborations on different projects.
  • Define and execute a yearly sales & marketing plan for our retail e-commerce channels together with the enabler's project manager
  • Integrate marketing calendar and launch calendar for each e-commerce platform
  • Develop and coordinate digital marketing campaigns for e-commerce platforms
  • Ensure consistency of Branding and messaging across owned platforms
  • Coordinate and execute new e-tailer launches
  • Make sure the performance is tracked and reported (ROI on invest & costs vs sales)
  • Monitor sales results of all channels
Job outcome:

Main accountability of the E-Key Account Manager is to build, manage and develop long-term Ecommerce relationships in order to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand's online presence.

Job requirements:

  • Working experience: 3-5 years of experience in the same or similar job key activities and responsibilities
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, excellent professional and soft skills, proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
  • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis, solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
