Job description

The Senior Digital Selling Operations Manager will drive out an industry leading digital selling experience globally, iterating on embedded best practice whilst both streamlining and rolling out digital tools and processes which will take LS&Co. to the next level of partner engagement and selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operationalize the Digital Selling & Transformation Strategy with specific Cluster focus as well as holistically across the Digital Selling pillar within Global Wholesale Centre of Excellence.
- Collaborate on and drive Digital Showroom Roadmap. Identify requirements and opportunity to move to one global solution, ensuring focus needs are represented. Articulate a clear path to streamline, transition and scale. Lead stakeholder engagement and any required change management and operational transition of Digital Showroom and supporting sales tools. Identify risks and opportunities. Ensure operational progress, supported by Digital Selling Operations Specialist/s.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders in each market to assess market needs and readiness. Support local Digital Selling strategies and the roll out of new tools and processes in execution consultatively with each Market. Establish and maintain a strong network and ensure feedback loop.
- Oversee the launch, training, deployment and evaluation of new Digital Showroom features, functionality and updates for designated groups. Create and maintain supporting training guides.
- Support creation of the Global Strategy and Operational Roadmap for in Showroom selling and Digital Sales Launch - continually raising the bar of Digital Showroom Experience - virtually and physically. Help the Centre of Excellence to establish an industry recognized way of selling digitally at LS&Co rooted in our brand values and creating moments that matter for our most strategic partners across our global flagship showrooms.

- Guiding the Digital Selling Product Managers on data requirements and timelines for Digital Showroom, ensuring leading edge selling experience.Experience:
- 5+ years experience in a Digital Operations Management role
- Strong strategic capabilities with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to be a Visionary in creating new and innovative ideas across the Digital landscape
- Experience in working across a global market in a leadership capacity
