Job description

Job Purpose
Maintain LS&Co.'s B2B website by ensuring site integrity, launching products and site assets, and managing enhancements on the AMA regional storefronts while coordinating and working across a global team.
System Development and Maintenance
- Ensure implementation of season set up and maintenance of products.(Images/translations/attributes/key looks/cross sell)
- Coordinate seasonal product launches and promotion launches with the appropriate PC9s and customer groupings defined by various countries and with the appropriate marketing assets defined by the marketing team in a timely way.
- Identify and file tickets for bugs on the platform.
- Review acceptance criteria for monthly enhancements to help improve the B2B platform.
- Create efficiencies and streamline processes that are friendly with ways of working across the global team.
- Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure best customer experience.
- Demonstrate ability in building constructive and effective relationships with a broad, diverse group of cross functional business partners.
- Action agreed marketing activity, including season launches, promotional launches, etc.Communication
- Proactive cross functional collaboration with all stakeholders (Merch, Commercial, Marketing, IT, MDM etc)
- Collect and provide feedback to global team on regional needs and enhancement requests.
- Expert level of communicating and working with a global team.In-Season
- Perform full site quality assurance to ensure optimal user experience (Identify and resolve issues)
- Follow up prompt resolution of issues that affect customer experience as well as revenue in a timely way in line with SLA's.


- University degree in business, Analysis or equivalent.
- High competency in Excel ( Visual Basic / Access Databases a bonus ).
- Worked in an international environment and across countries.
- Experience in commercial activities and business analysis related function within wholesale.
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Proven track record of learning new systems at a subject matter expert level.
- Proven ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong management skills and the ability to set clear objectives.
- Demonstrated innovative problem solving and partnering skills.
- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
- Customer Focused with a can do positive attitude.
- Team player, willing to spread best practice.
