Job description

POSITION SUMMARY Execute all 360 marketing and promotional activities for key launches and campaigns in accordance to brand guidelines to ensure Marketing within the Asia-Pacific Region for M

- C / TOO FACED Travel Retail and make sure overall brand objectives are met. This person will also provide support to Commercial teams in execution of marketing activities and on/ off counter promotions. Also plan digital activations including omni-channel support to drive sales both online and offline. Work closely with Regional Marketing Director (RMD) to ensure that Marketing Strategies is implemented regionally and to ensure smooth daily operations within the division. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Consumer Marketing Execution (70%): Develop, propose and execute Consumer Marketing activities, strategies and plans to achieve brand awareness and engagement, and ultimately drive retail sales. Activities include Retail Events, Social Media and Digital: - Lead and manage all consumer marketing executions to ensure a high standard of execution excellence. - Drive and support Marketing Consumer Engagement activities in markets to ensure strong consumer engagement strategies and plans as well as excellence of execution of all consumer engagement initiatives in these markets. - Propose, plan and execute Retail Event strategies and plans to drive Retailtainment, customer experience and retail sales, in collaboration with Travel Retail WorldWide event team, Travel Retail APAC sales and training teams, and when applicable, marketing and sales executives in markets (e.g. Korea, Oceania). - Actively manage and drive pre-order business across TR APAC, in coordination with the Sales and Marketing Executives in markets when applicable (ex. China, Korea , etc.) - Identify opportunities, plan and execute ideas that will drive brand awareness and engagement, traffic, conversion and ultimately Pre-order sales : Manage the update of existing sites on a monthly basis, manage the launch of new site openings and provide suggestions to improve user experience - Propose, plan and execute Social Media initiatives: activities include driving brand visibility on retailers social media platforms, developing KOLs campaigns with TR story angles, maximizing consumers and artists postings especially in connection with key launches and retail initiatives, etc. - Develop strong and collaborative relationships with all stakeholders: Retailers, Integrated Marketing teams, commercial, education teams, SDVM and Travel Retail WorldWide team. - Develop a collaborative relationship and open communication with MAC local affiliates (especially China) to synergize Marketing activities. - Propose, plan and execute consumer marketing activities for new store opening, such as Press releases, Out of Home Advertising, Retail Events and Social media activities. - Keeping up with competition on all consumer engagement levers (social, digital, events...): track competitor activities and programs. Provide ideas and solutions to fight against competition to gain market share. - Keep track of ROI of activities, with special attention to events. - Maintain a working inventory of promotion reserve items to support regions - Assist planning and implementation of bi-annual Sales Cycle Meeting, including the preparation of marketing files, working with NY to ensure that visuals and market samples are available before meetings, on site execution, and providing support for retailer presentations. - Stock enquiry, Business Intelligence for reporting & validation of sales data for sell in and sell through analysis. 2. Business Analytics and Reporting (20%) - Provide regular and updated reports on all marketing activities. - Analyze marketing spending and ROI in a regular and timely manner. - Raise PR for expenditures or purchases in accordance to SAP in a timely manner. - Manage all budgets related to Marketing and report to finance/Regional Marketing Director monthly. - Raise requests of Light boxes visuals to TRWW monthly, in coordination with the TR APAC Product Marketing Executive. 3. Other (10%): - Assist Regional Marketing Director with conferences and marketing presentations - Work hand in hand with Product Marketing Executive and Regional Marketing Director to prepare product launch presentation - Establish good relationships with all TR sister brands and MAC Asia Pacific affiliate Marketing Executives and Managers.

Profile

REQUIREMENTS 1) University Degree (Business, Marketing etc.) 2) Creative, self-motivated and displays initiative. Adaptable, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment 3) Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Chinese an added advantage 4) Essential computer skills - especially Excel, Word and Power point. Working knowledge of SAP, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign an added advantage 5) Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience, good knowledge of Travel Retail Business and preferably with experience in digital marketing 6) Strong Analytical skills. 7) Self-motivated and displays initiative 8) Good eye for detail 9) Good understanding of fashion and up-to-date on pop culture 10) Good communication and interpersonal skills 11) Able to travel when required
