Job description
This will be a 1 year fixed-term contract role with full benefits. Conversion/renewal will be subjected to business performance and needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support strategies for cross-channel campaigns ensuring the ability to capture attribution from top funnel tactics to low funnel conversion metrics across different platforms, including brand.com & pureplayer channels.
- Contribute to the planning, executing, optimising & evaluating marketing activities for regional brand.com / ecom campaigns across APAC markets within a matrix organisation and external agency partners.
- Assist on creation of regional best practices, playbooks, frameworks, benchmarking strategies on digital marketing and media
- Manage & maintain regional marketing tools, including social governance, website analytics, influencer marketing, social listening, content publishing tools etc.
- Provide training & consultations to local markets on regional marketing tools in collaboration with expert agency partners
- Execute competitive E-commerce activities and media usage tracking to uncover market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Support in evaluating new digital technologies & marketing technology stack in collaboration with stakeholders
- E-business reporting support: regular and ad-hoc reports
- Corporate projects support
- Division administration support such as rebilling, managing regional distribution list, org chart info management, box access management.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English speaking
- Understanding SEA, Taiwan and Korea's e-com and media ecosystems
- Experience with beauty/ digital and e-commerce
- Soft Skills: Analytical, Initiative, Curious, Collaborative, Passionate, Project management
- Technical skills: Excel, Website Analytics preferably i.e. Google Analytics
