    HR Intern – Talent and Learning & Development Location: Singapore, on-site Reports to: Talent & Learning Director, Asia Pacific Your opportunity We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Intern to join our Talent and Learning Team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, performance management and learning and development across the Asia Pacific region. You will play a key role in supporting strategic HR initiatives that drive employees’ growth & development in the organisation. How you will contribute Talent Acquisition & Development Support talent acquisition programmes to position the company as a great place to work.Assist in leveraging recruitment analytics and reporting for continuous improvement.Assist in supporting the adoption and utilization of the talent tool.Assist in the implementation of talent development initiatives, including development programs, skills gap assessments, and other strategic talent projects.Learning & Development Assist in programme administration, coordination, and support.Project support for ongoing L&D programmes and digital learning.Data & Reporting to identify trends, participation rates and areas for improvement.Performance Management Assist in performance review process support including preparation of communication materials and guides.Assist in linking performance outcome to recognition programmes and development opportunities, track follow up actions for continuous improvement.Support the collection and organisation of performance data across teams and functions. Assist in analysing performance metric and trends for improvement.Who you are? Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Passionate about people development and eager to learn.Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.What You will Gain?
